2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use our platform:

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Accredited Investor: You must qualify as an accredited investor under applicable securities laws.
Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
AML/KYC: You agree to provide any information required for anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

Use a Strong Password: Create a unique, complex password that you do not use elsewhere.
Enable 2FA: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
Keep Credentials Confidential: Never share your login credentials with anyone.
Notify Us Immediately: Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Log Out: Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

4. Investment Risks

By investing with Apex AI Pulse, you acknowledge and agree to the following risks:

Market Risk: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience significant price fluctuations.
Liquidity Risk: There may be periods when it is difficult to buy or sell assets at favorable prices.
Technology Risk: Our platform relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure. Technical failures could impact performance.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in cryptocurrency regulations could impact our operations and your investments.
Security Risk: While we implement industry-leading security measures, no system is completely immune to cyber threats.

You acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk and that we do not provide financial advice.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum Deposit: $500 USDT (TRC-20).
Maximum Deposit: $50,000 USDT (TRC-20) per transaction.
Processing Time: Deposits are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Withdrawal Availability: Withdrawals are available only during the "Withdrawal" phase.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours during the withdrawal window.
Withdrawal Lock: After each withdrawal, your account is locked for 14 days for security purposes.
Verification: We reserve the right to verify the source of funds for deposits and withdrawals.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for technical failures, maintenance periods, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including illegal activities, fraud, security breaches, market manipulation, harassment, or automated access without authorization.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of terms, suspicious activity, non-compliance with AML/KYC requirements, or at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform are owned by Apex AI Pulse. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, modify, or use our brand without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex AI Pulse is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, investment losses, or third-party actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount of your deposit.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex AI Pulse from any claims arising from your use of our platform, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our platform.
